Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will re-attend and rectify the issue at no additional cost where reasonable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • A prepaid service cannot be delivered due to our fault.

  • You cancel before the technician is dispatched.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services completed as described.

  • Chemical sales and delivery once dispatched.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
